Order Acceptance
When you submit your personal information, payment details and order request through the website, the Company will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of order receipt and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Your order shall be deemed to be accepted and the sales contract between you and the Company shall be formally completed only when the Company sends you a shipping confirmation email. Only the pet products listed in the shipping confirmation email are included in the formal sales contract.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
a) The ordered pet product is out of stock, has been removed from shelves for failing to meet the Company's quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions (in whole or in part);
b) The Company discovers an error in the pet product price or description on the website;
c) The Company is unable to obtain valid payment authorization for your order;
d) You are not eligible to purchase products on this website in accordance with these Terms of Service and relevant laws.
If any problem arises with your pet product order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Delivery and Receipt
When you place an order for pet products on the website, you will receive a notification of the estimated delivery time for your order. The Company will use reasonable efforts to deliver the pet goods within the estimated time, but does not provide any guarantee for the delivery time due to factors beyond the Company's reasonable control (such as logistics delays, weather conditions).
All pet product orders are insured by the Company during transportation until the goods are delivered and signed for or returned to the Company. You (or your authorized representative) are required to sign a delivery confirmation upon receipt of the goods. Your signature on the delivery document shall constitute your confirmation of the safe receipt of the pet products, and you shall be responsible for the custody and maintenance of the goods from the time of signing.
If the pet goods are received by a third party (other than the original purchaser), your authorization of such third party to sign for the delivery shall be deemed as your acceptance of the delivery as proof of the Company's complete performance of the delivery obligation, and you shall accept the transfer of all relevant responsibilities for the goods. The Company reserves the right to update and revise its delivery policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Return Policy
To provide you with a better online shopping experience for pet supplies, the Company offers a 7-day no-reason return policy for eligible pet products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased pet product for any reason, you may apply for a full refund by returning the product in accordance with the Company's return rules.
The 7-day no-reason return policy is subject to the following conditions:
a) The return application must be submitted within 7 days from the date of your receipt of the pet goods;
b) The returned pet product must be kept in its original unused, unopened condition (especially for pet food, snacks and health care products), with no wear, damage or modification. The product must be packed in its original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact.
To process a return, please fill in the official return form enclosed with the goods and return the form together with the pet product. If you lose the return form, please contact our customer service team via email to obtain an electronic version of the form.
Note: The shipping and handling costs for returns under the no-reason return policy shall be borne by the customer. For pet food, snacks and other consumable products, returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and has quality problems.
Liability and Disclaimer
Any opinions expressed by designers, third-party pet product merchants or their affiliates who sell products on this website (whether through media or other channels) are their personal opinions only. The Company shall not be liable for any such opinions, and such opinions do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company.
